We want you to have your product as quickly and affordably as possible. Thanks to the Internet and FedEx, you can. To do our part, we’ll ship out all orders received by 4:00 pm EST – the same day (depending on stock). We also pass on our discounted corporate FedEx rate to you, giving you the best price we can. Domestic
Our standard method is FedEx Ground, the most affordable and dependable. Once your order is processed with us, we CONFIRM your order and supply a “tracking number” which you can use to contact FedEx (either by phone at 1•800•Go•FedEx or (800) 463-3339 or on the web at http://fedex.com/us/tracking/?link=1). The shipping charges are paid by you at the time of purchase (except free ground shipping for orders over $39, which is paid for by us), so all you need to do is receive your order when it arrives.

We automatically calculate the shipping costs as you make your purchase. The costs are determined by 1) location, 2) FedEx shipping method, 3) Weight, & 4) Package Dimensions.

There are up to 7 choices for delivery method, listed below in ascending order of cost and speed:

•FedEx Home Delivery - 1-7 business day delivery for residential addresses; Tuesday - Saturday delivery between 9am - 8pm. [OUR DEFAULT METHOD & FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $39]
•Business Ground - 1-7 business day delivery for business addresses; Monday - Friday delivery by end of business day [OUR DEFAULT METHOD & FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $39]
•Express Saver - Afternoon delivery, third business day; delivery by 7pm to residences, 4:30pm to business addresses.
•2-Day Shipping - Afternoon delivery, second business day; delivery by 7pm to residences, 4:30pm to business addresses.
•Standard Overnight - Afternoon delivery, next business day; delivery by 7pm to residences, 4:30pm to business addresses.
    NOTE: For bulk orders there might be a shipping adjustment due to the size of the packages.
•Priority Overnight - Delivery by 10:30 a.m., next business day to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas.
    NOTE: For bulk orders there might be a shipping adjustment due to the size of the packages.
•Saturday Delivery (overnight or 2nd day)– Delivery by 4:30pm Saturday for most U.S. addresses (for many remote areas Saturday Delivery is not available).

Our shipping prices are only to be considered a courtesy rate quote and an estimation of the shipping until your shipment confirmation has been sent -OR- we contact you to adjust/correct and confirm the estimate.

Please note that the vast majority of the estimates are correct and get shipped as quoted.

International Orders
We are not set up to process international orders. We only accept U.S. credit cards, U.S. money orders or cashier’s checks. For U.S. money orders and/or cashier’s checks we need to wait for receipt and confirmation of funds. We currently do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
